Senior Graphic Designer at Jones Lang Lasalle ↗

Washington, DC

  • Lead designer of pitch decks and research presentations for local and national real-estate investment management companies resulting in 10 new clients and $2.7M in company profits to date.
  • Direct our team’s marketing and design strategy, collaborating with the senior brokerage team and overseeing junior designers.
  • Strategize team vision and client needs with print, video, and digital art vendors leading to high conversion rate of leasing.
  • Build ad campaign strategy, lead art direction and collaborate with ad agencies on social media and other publication channels.
  • Create and manage updates to ongoing projects and lead QC processes in fast paced real estate environment.
  • Develop brand identities for clients involving new logos (150+), color palettes, typography, patterns, and use cases.
  • Lead art direction for graphical maps, motion graphics, photography, renderings, brochures, presentations, emails, custom packaging, event invitations, and websites.

At Design Army, I began as a fresh-from-college content designer, and ended as a lead designer training several new employees. As a small company, I had the opportunity to bring my design knowledge to help kick off branding projects and campaigns, providing an extra hand during strenous projects.

  • Curated and created photo, graphics, and video content for for over 15 brands’ social media feeds across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Aided in branding implementation and tone-of-voice creation for clients new to social media, such as metropolitan apartment complexes, wedding venues, and eye wear brands.
  • Assisted in the marketing and social media needs of multinational and domestic clients’ advertising campaigns for companies such as Saucony, JW Marriott, and the Hong Kong Tourism Board.

This four-class sequence is where students learn the art of the concept, develop their creative process, and begin applying their skills towards creating the next great advertising campaigns. This sequence is supplemented by additional seminar classes that focus on growing skills necessary to support the student’s progress, internships, and exposure to real-world clients with real-world problems.

I started off as an associate designer, and rose to senior in early 2024. I’ve been my director’s InDesign tech support, to leading full branding and marketing strategies. I work on projects of any scale, from first sketch to final pixel.
